China’s millionaires class is just beginning to emerge, as California’s real estate market begin to rise, the Chinese members are looking for safe havens in which to invest their money in as California real estate is far from China’s political and economic uncertainties. When the NAR surveyed more than 3,500 realtors about their international clients, it asked about the most important factor influencing purchases. Most statements were “the U.S is viewed as a good” or “profitable” investment, The U.S Real estate is a secure investment and had risen the most in the past few years and still beginning to grow. Real Estate agents with million dollar listings in New York, California, and Florida all have one thing in common: Chinese Clients. According to the Chinese real estate portal Juwai.com, the U.S remains the lead destination for Chinese investors, many of whom are hamstrung in their home country from buying second or third home. Within the U.S, California is the leading destination due to its proximity to China, according to the National Associated of Realtors. 

As the California real estate market may have risen, the American education system begins to prospect as well. The California UC System is among st the most elite Universities in the U.S as all UC schools are ranked in the Top 100!

随着加州地产的发展,美国教育系统也越来越完善,加州大学系统逐渐成为全美最顶尖高等学府,以全美第一的公立大学伯克利为首,所有加州大学均为前100名。
