Cindy officially took the project to the market in late March last year after putting together a detailed Offering Memorandum and marketing package; the current Chinese investor came from Cindy’s Chinese Social Media marketing channel. The initial conversation with this Chinese investor started on April 21, 2018; it’s been a long communication process. In the mean-time, Cindy has communicated with many interested investors and brokers and received multiple offers; needless to say, there were many long back-forth negotiations. Up the last day of the closing of Escrow Cindy continued to follow up with investors and brokers; there were still many of them standing by as back-ups.
